Earth is dead, humans are extinct, and the moon is quickly approaching and it WILL collide with the Earth.
The Mayor wants to take the remaining robots far and away from Earth.
Jacob is a young robot, and he sees potential on Earth - he doesn't want to leave. He wants to stay and try and bring robots back from the brink of extinction. He thinks he know how. His plan is to reverse the cycle of evolution, in order for evolution to repeat itself. Since humans created robots a long time ago, they may be able to create robots again if evolution were to repeat itself.
Problem is, Jacob's never seen a human before (since they are now extinct), even worse, the moon is almost here. He's has to figure out how to solve this little problem before the moon destroys the Earth and his kind.
Hope you get a chance to read the book. It's a fun book with a lot of cool characters.
There are also sections in the book that tell the story of Eve (the character you drew for me). She's the last human on Earth, and her father was the one who created robots. Robots were the ones who made humans extinct.
